In Link's Awakening, Link is viewed aboard his ship soon after leaving Hyrule; on the other hand, He's shortly caught within a fatal thunderstorm which leads to the destruction of his ship. His unconscious overall body is afterwards uncovered by Marin over a faraway island's shores. When he awakes, he discovers that he had miraculously been washed
